great jungle escape but with some limitations
Our Deluxe Twin Room exceeded my expectations—spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed! The breathtaking views from the room really allowed us to enjoy nature at its finest. the pool area felt like a true oasis amidst the jungle, a perfect spot for relaxation. The breakfast offered a delightful variety that catered to different tastes, making each morning enjoyable.
Despite the amazing amenities, the internet connection in our room left much to be desired.

The open-air design of the hotel allows you to soak in the jungle vibes, perfect for lounging by the pool or enjoying cocktails at the bar while surrounded by nature. The view from the room's bathtub overlooking the rainforest adds a unique touch to your stay, enhancing the overall experience.
The a la carte menu in the restaurant lacks variety and quality, with limited vegetarian options often unavailable. Accessibility is an issue, as some rooms are a significant distance from the main facilities, leading to a cumbersome trek for meals and activities. Restaurant prices feel inflated given the offerings, making local eateries in the park a better choice. The organization of park activities leaves much to be desired, with little information provided at the hotel and confusing pick-up arrangements post-excursions.

The rooms are beautifully designed, embracing the natural surroundings. Breakfast is a culinary delight, with unexpected variety including local delicacies. The shuttle service made exploration easy and fun.
Bugs and bats may surprise some guests in common areas. tread mindfully on slippery walkways, as I almost took a tumble twice. Internet struggles in rooms require caution.
